What about coronavirus?
The Rotary Club of New Braunfels asks all attendees to take responsibility for doing all they can to protect the health of themselves, their family and friends, and other festival attendees.
Wearing masks when not drinking beer at the festival is encouraged. If any attendee feels sick (regardless of the reason), has a fever, cough, sore throat, or any other symptom, the Rotary Club of New Braunfels asks that person to not attend the festival.
The festival grounds will feature hand sanitizing stations throughout the grounds. Hand washing stations will be available near the restrooms.
HCCBF leadership is continually monitoring local, state, and national sources of information and recommendations regarding COVID-19. At this time, the Rotary Club of New Braunfels is planning to host the 2021 Hill Country Craft Beer Festival.
Rest assured that the HCCBF has no profit motive considering it was created by the Rotary Club of New Braunfels solely as a fundraiser to support New Braunfels non-profit organizations.
Organizers are meeting regularly to evaluate the area’s situation and will make a prudent decision that takes into account a commitment to the safety of organizers, volunteers, vendors, breweries, and attendees. Should the festival be cancelled or postponed, all ticket purchasers will have the option to either request a refund for the ticket(s) purchased, OR choose to donate the proceeds from their ticket(s) to the festival beneficiary.
